Never Say "Nothing"...

So my Mom called last night and asked how we were doing, she said my aunt Judie had noticed I hadn't updated for a while. So of course I tell my mom "well nothing is going on." Boy did I learn my lesson.

I knew the day was coming when my boys would cut their hair, it was just a matter of time. But today I was rushing to get ready for church and I had gotten the kids ready earlier. Gentry loaded them in the car and I got in last. I turned around to make sure they all had shoes on...yes we've made that mistake before. And I noticed that Boston and Brock's hair looked weird. But what's new? I figured as long as we got to church all would be well. As we got seated in church I started looking at my boys hair. I got a little closer and discovered their new haircuts. What do we do now???

Well at least you didn't scream like mom did when I cut mine. They still look handsome even with their new haircut! Oh and guess what... Reese has a gray tooth now too. We think it is from when she tripped on the little trampoline in mom's basement and banged her mouth into the tile. Maybe she's just trying to fit into you family even more!

At first when I saw you looking at Boston's hair at church it looked like you were inspecting for lice. I actually did notice something was off with their hair. Good thing their hair is short and it grows fast.

p.s. I just showed Ian that email you sent...sugar daddy...he thought is was pretty funny too.

Bo cut his hair once...right in the very front, too. It grows fast, thank goodness. :o) It happens to all of us. ha ha They really are so stinking cute, Betsy. I wasn't that nice when it happened to me, I have to admit.

Soo funny! They see you doing it everyday :) I think every kid has to cut their own hair once. At least their hair is short and their moms' a hairdresser! Sorry I didn't have Max come over on Fri. I'll call you later. And I need to come give you some $$.

I think they look so handsome with their new hair cut! Talented little guys! So cute! That makes me laugh that you realized their new do at church...too funny! I have to say both my kids have never attempted that...knock on wood.

Oh I am dreading the day when that happens to me- (which is silly, cuz it's just hair and it will grow back, I know!) It takes Josie's hair forever to grow... and she's my little troublemaker, so I know it's just a matter of time before she finds the scissors!

I didn't really notice until after reading about it so at least it's not too bad.
And I love the picture of you and Gentry on New Years... so cute!

That is so funny, but at least you are a professional & could fix it pretty good I bet! Camren is into cutting his Care Bear's hair.

oh, every kid has to go through the cut your own hair stage. I'm surprised Alyssa never did (I guess she is a rule follower) I've tried to threaten Bailee the we will cut hers like a boy.
I love the fruit punch story, I think that was pretty smart. fruit punch can totally do that to you mouth.

How funny! You can't really tell until you look really close! Atleast with boys you can cover it easy...and their hair grows so fast!
