NEW YEAR'S EVE

This was probably one of the most fun New Year's Eves that we've had.  We decided to go up to Salt Lake and do the New Year's Eve fest.  We stayed at the Marriot with with White's.  The kids all shared a room and Gentry and I had our own room, which was so nice!

We went to the Clark Planetarium first.  We watched a movie while Gentry was still at work.  Then he met us and we all went to a Comedy Improv show.

Then on to the Salt Palace for the fun!  They had a room with loud music and tons of big balls.  The kids loved throwing the balls at eachother.

We rode trax everywhere which was nice so we didn't have to park.
On our way home for the night we got a pedi cab.  The kids said that was their favorite part of the night.
The next morning we went to the buffet at the hotel and then went ice skating, it was at the Gallivan center, which was in the back of our hotel.

When we got home New Years Day Boston's rat was really sick.  So we drove to every vet in town trying to find one that was open and saw rats for patients.  We finally found one and they treated Kevin the rat. (For $135...and the rat was only $5...yes I'm crazy but I felt bad for the rat.)
Every time Boston washes his hands he loves to make big bubbles.
The next day we took the kids sledding at a hill near our house.  It was really fun.  Gentry and I even did a few runs.

My 34th Birthday!

We went to breakfast at Chick-fil-a and Adrienne met us there.  She was leaving to go to Blanding in a couple hours.  She gave me TAYLOR SWIFT tickets!! I was so excited.  She also knows me so well and gave me new lipstick that I had been dying to get!

I went over to my mom's house to spend time with Jennifer and those babies.
Karly Mellen's son is on our team and she brought me my own personal cake and enough cupcakes for everyone on the team. I thought it was so sweet of her!  I wanted to take a pic with her and clearly I am not good at selfies, then I noticed Matt picking his nose to be funny....brothers!
Gentry and I went to lunch in between Brock's games.  We went to Chipotle. I love that place!  Gentry took this pic trying to get the guy in the background (It was Ryan Shupe from the band Ryan Shupe and the RubberBand)  He was really nice and talked to us.  I told him I thought he was so talented.
It was a fun birthday!  I loved that I got to spend it with my family!
