Wax Museum, Bare Books and Leader in ME.

The boys had their wax museum this Friday.  They both picked who they wanted to be.  I was excited because they had done all the work.  Most of the time these projects turn into parent projects.

Brock wanted to be Labron James
Boston wanted to be Gordon Hayward.
The boys did such a cute job on their bare books.
I had a meeting so my parents went to listen to them read.

The boys both earned the Leader in ME award.  I was really proud of them!

Boston just cracks me up.  This is what I looked out the window to see.  He said "Mom, don't post that...but if you do, tag me!"

Happy Father's Day!

Today we went to my parents house for dinner.  Matt and Michele and their kids and also Janay was there.  I was terrible and didn't take any pictures.  I guess I'm slacking cause I'm too tired.  I took one picture of Gentry and the boys before church.  I'm so grateful to Gentry and all that he does for this family.  He puts up with me and my craziness....especially lately.  He always keeps us laughing.
HAPPY FATHER'S DAY GENTRY!!!  We love you!

Boys Birthday Party

Boston and Brock really wanted to have a birthday party.  Somehow they talked me into it, so we planned a party for the week after their birthday.  (We had been so busy with Brock's games and other events so that was the soonest we could do it.)  The night before the party Boston woke up throwing up and we had to cancel their party.  Both boys were crying so I promised to reschedule it for the following week.  The day FINALLY came for their birthday party!  It ended up being even better weather, so maybe that was a good thing!
They did a piƱata but I made them cover their eyes and only use 1 arm....it still broke before everyone got a chance.
My Mom and Kassie helped supervise the pool while I was cooking up the hotdogs.

Jordyn and Alyssa joined the party too.
 Tyson, Hunter, Easton and Logan
 Jack, Boston and Bridger
 Max, Porter, Brock and Bridger
Hunter, Mason, Easton, Clayton, Tyson and Carter...and Max on the side :)

They loved their party!  Brock wanted to go to the baseball park after the party was over, so I told him if the backyard was cleaned up he could go.  I've never had the backyard cleaned up so quick.  I gave him the cell phone and dropped him off at the park. Boston stayed home with me.  It's so crazy how old my babies are getting.

BRACES

Well Alyssa has been wanting braces for quite a while.  So now she finally got them, and they are super painful.  She had to have an expander first which gave her a huge gap so now the braces will pull them back together.
