First Day of School

This is the last year that my kids will all be at the same school.  Next year Alyssa goes to middle school.  I can't believe how quickly time flies by.

Alyssa has been babysitting a lot this summer.  She bought most of her new school clothes.  I told the kids I would buy them each a shirt and shoes, and Alyssa wanted to buy more.  I was proud of her for working so hard and saving her money for school clothes!

 Brock's latest thing he's obsessed with is Michael Jordan.  He is always quizzing me about facts.  So it's no surprise that he chose Air Jordans for his shoes this year.  I thought he would want a basketball jersey or something for the first day, but he said he wanted a nice shirt because teachers always took his picture on the first day.

 Boston didn't seem to have much opinion on his clothes or shoes.  He just loves having something easy to put on when it comes to shoes.

When the kids got home Alyssa said she loved her new teacher and she seemed really excited....the boys on the other hand hated it and said it was soooo boring.  They said "we just learned about the rules ALL DAY!"  Hopefully next week is more fun for them.
