Before the missing tooth
Alyssa has had a loose front tooth for a while now, and it finally got to the point where it was annoying to look at. I tried talking her in to letting me pull it for her but she wouldn't let me because she was too scared. I told her that her tooth made her look like Nanny McPhee, but she still wouldn't budge. So in sacrament she is playing with her tooth and it is bleeding from wiggling. I told her that she needed to let me pull it because she was going to get blood on her white shirt. Gentry of course is trying to be the referee between me and Alyssa because I was getting so frustrated with her. (I'm sorry but it was so gross to look at.) I some how got her in to the bathroom and next thing I know I have two teenage girls trying to help me talk her into letting me pull the stinking tooth. Long story short....we got it! She was pretty happy about it, and now I owe her $5.00. (I had to offer something good so she would let me pull it out....it was the best $5.00 I've spent in a while:)

Oh how exciting!! Woohoo, good job Alyssa! (And Betsy!) I can't believe how old she is getting! In my mind she is still 5, Boston and Brock are 2 or 3 and Reese is a baby... I guess they're not quite that young anymore. Man, time just flies!
You're so funny... Stuff like that drives me crazy, too. I am a "picker"....and I'm constantly driving my kids nuts trying to pick or fix something. ha ha I've had to pull Matthew's teeth before, too. I was laughing at the Nanny McPhee comment. My kids were just watching that the other day.... Alyssa is MUCH MUCH cuter though. :o)

whoo whoo Alyssa!!!! That is way to funny... I can totally see you in sacrament fighting with Alyssa, cause it is something i would be doing with my kids!heehee the things we bribe our kids with just so they will do what we want :)))
That is $5 well spent. She even looks beautiful without her front tooth!

Cute! You gotta her to do it for cheap. My dad got my daughter to let him pull her tooth for $20.00, I made her let him pull two since it was so much money! They'd been loose for like 2 months and were really annoying to look at!
